I have all of the books except the sweet one, which I still need to get, but I haven't tried any of the recipes yet. Which recipes would you recommend or recommend avoiding?

TIA

The Green Roasting Tin is my absolute favourite, especially the orzo with oven-baked tomatoes (although I just throw in any veg that's to hand - courgettes work especially well).

Thank you, Affit. I love orzo so I'll definitely have to try that one.

Salmon a la pesto (roasting tin)
Russian meatballs (around the world)
Giant cous cous with chorizo, artichokes, spinach and lemon (quick)
Scallop gratin (can't remember which one this is in)

I absolutely love the tart with mushrooms, goats cheese and pink peppercorns. I make it all the time.

Thanks all. I really appreciate the recommendations.

The baked gnocchi dishes. We have one variation or another most weeks.

The baked gnocchi, and the courgette & asparagus tart. I make it with boursin cheese when it's on special, and then sub the goat's cheese for a sprinkling of mozzarella... It's delicious that way too.

We make the green machine from the veggie book all the time - bulgar wheat, greens, green beans and broccoli with rad el hanout and lemon. So very delicious.

Second the baked gnocchi and tomato orzo. The broccoli / squash / coconut / rice dish from the Green Roasting Tin is also amazing.

Use the #tinlads hashtag on Twitter and you'll get loads of examples with pics.

I can never remember which recipe goes with which book.

We like the one that's salmon on top of greens with a honey/soy glaze and then a lime/soy/spring onion dressing
Baked gnocchi with mozzarella and tomatoes/pine nuts is a lunch regular
There's a tofu recipe where there's a satay sauce that goes with it, and basmati rice cooked in coconut milk. Delish.

Around the world has some nice recipes too - mac & cheese is one my kids tolerate (I only use kale in one half of the dish!), jerk chicken and pineapple is mmmmmm.
