Of course have checked the booze allowance and plan to bring back as much of the very drinkable 1 euro a litre red as we can squeeze in.

what else would people recommend please? Driving home today so able to pick up anything between Paris and dieppe

Cheaper electricity? Sad

Or their syrup to put in drinks - yum. Smile

Mayo. Spending a bit more on the wine will give you so much better quality. Most of that euro is packaging!!

Bathroom products from Le Petit Marseillais. Shower gel, soaps. So lovely.

Maille mustard - usually very cheap for a big jar

We just came back with wine, beer, spirits, Orangina, cheese and macarons!

Chickpeas, macarons, rosé and breakfast cereal! Was silly cheap in the hyper markets and at the rate my teenagers get through it, was a good investment!

All the cheese, salamis and bread. The big jars/cans of confit and cassoulet - they’ll keep you nice and warm with a layer of fat this winter!

The soaps are gorgeous and if you get time to nip to a pharmacy their skin care is really lovely.
