Feeling low but only at night/middle of the night

Does anyone else get this?

I have for the last month or so started getting so incredibly down at night. Often waking in the middle of the night (like tonight), and feel awful!!

Is it hormonal? I'm not sure I can take it much longer, I'm starting to dread bedtime.

What age are you?

what time do you wake?

The middle of the night is horrible. Everything seems black and worrying. It's quite normal. Try to think of something different. Play word games in your he'd. Recite a poem. Sorry you're feeling like this.

Usually around 2.30-3.30am.

Try to sleep 10.30/11pm-7am-ish.

Have your tried listening to audiobooks or music so that your mind has something else to concentrate on? You can leave them playing all night so that if you wake up you can get immersed in the story again (pick something you already know) and easily fall back to asleep. Have the volume low enough so that you have to concentrate to hear it.
