I'm bored... what is your favourite colour?

Not to wear, wallpaper etc. Just in general, to look at. What's your favourite colour? I'm a big fan of green. A bright, emerald green 💚

Orange

Purple

Dark red / burgundy

Black

(I have a black cat & she's gorgeous!)

Green

Pink. I hated it when I was a teenager and early twenties but now everything I have has to be pink if possible

Hot pink

Purple, 70's child, had a purple bedroom door

But looking at my 2 shiny black labs has black as a close second

I love pink, especially in my bedroom, I find it quite calming. Also a big fan of green, the colour of nature.

Yellow. I want my garden to be full of yellow flowers next summer.

Teal is all out favourite but happy with any blue or green

Cobalt blue

Pink - all shades except salmon.

Purple. Very much like the purple of the Mumsnet app.

In primary school the teacher laid out a pile of matchboxes (showing my age) each coloured red, yellow or blue. We each had to pick one and stack them up in colour groups to create a kind of 3D bar chart of the colours.

I picked blue (and so did the majority of kids) and ever since when anyone asks my favourite colour I say "blue" and I've never given it any further thought. Hmmm

Are teal and turquoise the same colour?

I haven't got a favourite. I honestly couldn't choose. It makes it really difficult when making decisions about choosing the decoration in a room or picking a kettle or whatever.

White, warm neutrals, bright orange and turquoise. Also navy blue.
