HG sickness in early pregnancy

Hi I'm just out of hospital where I spent 4 days on a drip and getting sickness injections to help control this horrible sickness! Anyone any advice as to what helped them?

Ugh! So sorry you are experiencing this. Some women have success with pressure point wrist bands. I have also heard that ginger may be helpful for some. Also, eating bland foods, smaller quantities, but less often, may help.
