Anyone know how to contact them via the app or on the phone? Every number I have refers me to another number! There doesn’t seem to be an option to talk to someone online.
Electricity went off the instant I switched to a fixed tariff. I don’t want to call out an electrician if it’s their fault. Thanks

Twitter is the only way I was actually able to get them to talk to me. They then fixed the issue quite quickly.

Thanks, the phone number option refers you to an emergencies only option. I spoke to someone who gave me two numbers that referred me back to the first number. All sorted now though. I switched from variable to fixed rate and all the power went off. Only teens in the house at the time though.

I'm with E.on too so watching this..👀 they are only offering me a variable DD at the moment so really want to speak to them .....

I emailed them today, they haven't responded yet but supposedly they will within 24 hours.

I called this number today and got through to a human after 25 mins on hold.

when you dial, press option 2.

I message them on Facebook messenger and they respond quickly
