Hi, wondering if anyone can help me, my ex is buying me out of our home, for a lot less than it’s worth but still it’s something, I’m currently in the house, he has remortgaged to be able to buy me out, this happened a few weeks ago, he just keeps saying the money is with his solicitor, now I’m getting desperate for that money, the debts are piling up day by day & I also need to find somewhere to live as well, my only option is temporary accommodation, my children are currently with him due to my mental health, is this normal or is he just taking the piss now?
