Looking for advice please. My boyfriend is working with the most unbelievable narcissistic arse hole imaginable. It's getting so bad that it's starting to put a strain on our relationship as he's so mentally drained and fed up dealing with this person that he takes it out on me ( he doesn't mean too, but he just gets snappy etc) . There's no HR (long story) he's currently looking a new job and in the process of being interviewed for another job. How do you deal with this type of personality?
