Can I reject my car

I’ve owned it less than a month bought from a main dealer.

today it’s been taken back there on a tow truck due to it losing power, with no clutch and gears.

I really don’t have the confidence to drive it again, it wasn’t a cheap car it cost me over £10k.

can I reject it?

Yes you can reject the car. Has the car been in before to have a problem fixed before?
You can refuse the fix on the car and ask for all your money back. I would speak to them straight away and say you are rejecting and want your money returned.

Thanks for the advice, the dealership have been lovely and they will be assessing tomorrow. Fingers crossed its a minor repair.
