Is there a secret recipe to prevent them? I waxed my bits before my holiday and now dear reader I have just gotten rid of the biggest whitehead on my minge which was a joy to behold but now sore.

Am I doing something wrong?

SKIN DOCTORS INGROW GO 120ML amzn.eu/d/0bqGIr3 this works wonders to prevent one's coming up

Palmer's AHA body lotion. The only one I've found that very slightly takes a layer of skin off and no ingrowing hairs. Greeny colour label

Exfoliate your vag.

Ouch. Is that even safe?

Yes with a gentle scrub just exfoliate the bikini area. Doesn't have to be blasted with sandpaper. They generally recommend that after you have a wax.

Boots tea tree facial exfoliating scrub. Very gentle but importantly cheap.as chips so I can slather it on.

Try a different salon next time.

i started using body oil on my body and thought I may as well slather it all over my body and was pleasantly surprised that ingrowns reduced a lot.

The pink salicylic soap bar from Amazon followed by moisturising the whole area with vanicream immediately afterwards every day.
I wax every 5 weeks and since starting this routine I haven't had a single ingrown!

I actively wish for ingrown hairs because I’m a sporner. And single obviously

Pikafuckingwho · 25/08/2022 16:51

@PeachPRC I managed to get a photo it’s a thing of beauty.

facial scrubs like the Korean mini towel and salicylic acid from Superdrug really help

GreenManalishi · 25/08/2022 16:56

Get a pair of those exfoliating gloves and use them all over, that will do the trick. Chuck them in a hot wash with your towels

Azulene oil. It's amazing
