Always seem to give me irritation but I use them because they have the night version which are super long. Does anyone else do super long towels?

Kotex pads are long and they are different material, more like cotton rather than plastic, but they don't have wings.

Do they have wings? I feel the wings help keep it in place? Never used without!

Use maternity pads! They are unscented and do the job. I have a really heavy flow and they do the trick!

Kotex are great for nighttime. I hate wings so I prefer them.

Try Modibodi period pants brilliant for nighttime and no horrible itching!

Try reusables. No irritation and come in massive sizes if required
