I started the following thread in June after breaking my leg at Liquid Leisure, Windsor.
Tragically a young girl then drowned there on August 6th.

Participants in the thread have discussed issues of safety and the extent of parental vs. operator responsibility.
This particular park is in dispute with the local council over planning permission. One, related, question we’re now discussing is whether failing to hold planning permission is likely to invalidate any insurance policies in place?
If anyone has knowledge regarding insurance in these circumstances we’d be grateful for an opinion.
