Tell me your bestest slow cooker/multi cooker recipes please!

In a bid to save money going into the winter, when my oven is usually on gently braising yummy things, I have purchased a multi cooker today.
We have had a delicious ox cheek goulash affair for dinner and now I am all up for the inspiration!
The cook books online are a bit dull and definitely US oriented so I thought I’d ask the hive.
Any marvels to share please?

Which multi cooker did you buy? I’m thinking of getting an instant pot.

A crockpot which calls itself a turbo express!

Based on a sample of one meal I’m very pleased with it!

Beef hotpot- fry some onions and put in the pot with diced beef shin and sliced carrots, add beer to cover and then put in gravy granules and dark sugar (enough to counteract the bitterness of the beer). Cook until the shin has become very tender, then serve with mash and dumplings. Very warming meal in the middle of winter. Shin is a pretty cheap cut and makes a lovely gravy

Chicken soup. 2 x chicken breast, chicken stock, bag of soup mix veg, lentils. Chuck it all in then I use a potato masher to mash it down. Makes a good 6 servings on its own or you could serve with garlic bread & probs get 8 servings out of it. Family fave in my house & really quick to prep.

My Fussy Eater slow cooker lamb curry. Not particularly spicy but very nice. Never fails!

My friend sent me this recipe, it's so tasty and a favourite in our house and great for a Saturday night (or any night to be fair)

Have you ever looked at the pinch of Nom recipe books? They have lots of slow cooker and instant pot variations. I’m on holiday right now so I’m not able to look at my books to share some with you but they are worth looking at.

That does look good. Boneless chicken thighs work a treat in the slow cooker.

Diced beef chilli - and brown the beef first then pop in slow cooker with a tin of diced tomatoes, half a tin of water plus beef stock cube, tsp chipotle paste (more if you like it hot), tsp smoked paprika, oregano and half tsp chilli. I always adjust flavour to taste and who is eating we have some friends that don't like spice ect can also add kidney beans if you like them.

It's such a yummy dish all the beef shreds
