Is there laws on this? I'm sure there is. If there's a large amount of calls and textes? Surely something must be done.
not asking for myself, asking for someone else. They are being harassed by some weirdo. No relationship history if that makes a difference. Texts all the time, phone calls, even turned up at house a couple times.
they have been spoke to but still going on. Not formally cautioned.
the stalker is vulnerable and has some form of learning disability but in n eyes not an excuse and still needs to learn right from wrong. My own son has learning disabilities and I will do everything in my power to ensure they learn correct social boundaries.
Seems like this person is left to own devices with no proper guidance or supervision!
