Hey,
I've got a job as a legal secretary in my town (1st job since having my child a year ago). They were kind enough to take me under their wing and train me, I have absolutely no background in law. Just to help me along I was wondering if anyone has a background in law/legal secretary that can point me in the right direction(as in books/their own notes) as a kinda step by step guide ( we deal a lot with buying and selling houses & land so if there was a step by step list what should be done and what is needed etc). I've looked at courses but its mostly Pitman and I find them useless as I've done a payroll course with them and learned nothing (but I will take anyone's Pitmans notes on any legal secretary course). Any help would be great.
