Gift idea for someone who likes to set goals

I know this is maybe a weird request, but I'm looking for a gift for a man who likes to set life goals, short and long term.

Have bought a productivity planner in the past but wasn't great. I've seen one of those 5 year journals were you write a couple of lines a day which could work, but if there's any other ideas that would be much appreciated Smile

Budget, £15-£20

Papier do great planners, maybe a bit on the feminine side but take a look incase there's something appropriate for him

Maybe get them a subscription to a calendar software where they can build they own calendars/monthly planners. There are plenty of calendar making apps, like in this list, that let you make your own design, highlight the days when something important is planned, you can build the whole schedule with gym days in there, etc. If they enjoy planning and love the very process of it, this may work out really great.

How about a "scratch off" poster for something he likes? (Book example in the link but there are lots of different options around.) DH and DD are both quite goal oriented and both like theirs (DH has one for craft beer 🙄and DD has one for famous things to see in Europe.)
