Sounds lovely ! I'm Eating pizza in the spare room watching wentworth whilst my partner is on baby duty giving me a night off. Very content

I'm wondering if my builder will turn up before his night shift to finish off my kitchen snagging. He promised he'd be here today and he's never let me down in 4yrs. But I have a doubtful feeling...

In the meantime, I'm binging The Control Room. Just on the last episode.

@shoebag that would be amazing, I'm only eating a takeaway pepperoni but it is a treat. I could eat pizza every day!!

@crymeout my mum put me onto it! I don't have it on through the day it's a bit too gory for me to have on when my daughter is awake I think lol. Season 5 episode 7!!! I watched orange is the new black but this tops it by far!

My slightly clingy 8 year old is apparently sleeping over at my sisters, we were over there earlier and her and my nephew were talking about sleepovers and she weirdly agreed to stay! It's her first ever time staying away from home because she has never wanted to do it before. It's weird and quiet (teenager upstairs) and I'm not sure I like it!!

Also sitting here trying to convince dh to watch something other than golf 🥱

I have a stomach bug, calmed down now thankfully I'm in bed feeling drained 😫

We just got back from holiday yesterday and are still tired after long flight delays. Kids watching tv in bed, DH and I watching tv after a takeaway drinking beer and wine. Feeling slightly tipsy but currently have a roast in the oven for tomorrow so can’t fall asleep yet.

I had a sleep this afternoon, and I'll be up til the wee hours washing DS's work uniform on the economy 7. He's on late shifts. I've got my sewing machine out. I just put some pockets in a skirt, and I'm making some shorts. I just worked out how to use headphones with the telly so I can watch something while I run the machine.

Just finished dinner, now drinking the dregs of my G&T, considering getting my act together for a v early work flight tomorrow. Will be away for a week, am half-packed, but know I’ve forgotten something.
