Menopause after hysterectomy

I kept my ovaries but had a hysterectomy in 2016. Many of my friends are starting HRT, but I have no clue how I'll know if meno is starting as I no longer have periods obviously. I'm 47. Maybe I'll just sail through with no issues 💁‍♀️ has a anyone whose had a hysterectomy got any advice on symptoms? TIA

I had a hysterectomy in 2014. The only things I get are hot flushes. They started prior to the op when I had to have injections to shrink the fibroids.

I don't mind the flushes because my periods were horrendous.

The op was through my belly button so I got over it very quickly.
