Feel like life is over in that way. I’m really struggling today. Just wanted a family more than anything, ie with a partner

When you say "love life" do you mean sex?
Are you married/living with the baby's father?
How old is the baby?
How many children do you have?
Was the birth straight forward?

So many questions....
