If old man names are back, what about for dogs?

If you were naming a puppy today, would Rover, Fido, King or Prince make the running?

I’d be tempted, in a retro kind of way. But in reality, I’d pick Rebus.

And if I were given the responsibility of naming a litter I would choose Rebus, Taggart, Morse, Lewis, Vera etc.
