Has anyone used Black Market to buy a refurbished phone? Was it good?

I'm in the market for a new phone - SIM already sorted and came across Black market which provide refurbished phones. Has anyone had good experiences or did your phone explode in a puff of smoke after a week?

DH bought one on Back Market two years ago, and it’s still going strong.

I got my last phone from them about a year ago and still going strong. An iPhone 8 in great condition and delivered quickly. The phones are guaranteed for a certain period so if anything goes wrong they will fix.

Back market yes, the black market no. It worked fine.

I've used the site BACK market, but never bought on the BLACK market!

Phone looked brand new on arrival, no issues at all and had it 8mths now. Previous 2 phones were also reconditioned, but bought elsewhere, and equally no problems at all.

Got dd a refurbished phone from them in December, still working fine now.
didn’t have a good experience with the same from a seller on amazon.

I was just wondering the same thing! Just bought a supposedly excellent phone from a 3rd party seller through Amazon but it had a crack on the screen so I'm wary.

DD's friend is very happy with his and recommends them.

Dd's phone is from back market, it works perfectly and she's had it nearly a year. I think I'll get one when my contract is up.
