Hi guys. 1st post so hope I get it right!I live in Scotland and have recently moved home. Place is a disaster! I just wondered people's thoughts on this issue please...Was told window recently replaced but no paperwork left for us. Turns out the outer ledge is wobbly and on removing blinds have found the window isn't actually sealed prperly and I can see light thru the edge! I'm past the 7 days for complaint and just wondering if appropriate to contact the ex owner directly or go straight to a solicitor?I have a contact number...
