Aaaargh nhs fleet car collection mileage recorded wrongly

My old car was collected today. I've done 29400. Just seen the receipt emailed through and it says 47354. Which would be right in KM. I did a factory reset to wipe the computer before handing it over so wonder if that put it on to KM. so now panicking nobody will check properly and charge me for 11000 excess miles!
I've emailed the nhs fleet people and I have a photo of the dash from a month ago which I've sent them. Can anybody reassure me?
I signed on his phone but you can't see what he's put in and I didn't mean over his shoulder when he did the mileage stupidly!

Not NHS, but I do have a public sector lease car. I'm sure the paperwork is always emailed to me to confirm when I return a car. But I do also always take a date stamped photo of the dashboard.

Yes I did. I meant to take a photo but it was supposed to go back a month ago - then they cancelled three days before. Just didn't think to do it this time. However if he has recorded km that will be obvious when somebody looks at the dash as the unit is beside the numbers. I guess he didn't see it!!!!!

I'm sure they will see its in km and you won't be charged extra.

Yes thank you I calmed down enough to realise if they do charge all I need to do is request a picture of the dash which will show it's not in miles. Flipping perimemopause anxiety!
