It’s so unclear from the website If our car seats will be free it’s days two items of baby equipment free but mine aren’t babies!. They’re high back boosters so can’t take them on the plane.

Anyone travelled with car seats recently that can help?

Hi, we travelled from Birmingham airport with Ryanair last week. We took two car seats in a car seat travel bag. It counts as free child/baby equipment. We had in there an inflatable booster seat and a full sized car seat. We just had to drop it at the oversized baggage counter after we had finished check in and bag drop Smile

That’s brilliant, thank you!

Mine was free recently traveling with a 6 year old. Give yourself extra time to check it in and then drop it off at excess baggage

It's for any child seat, so any child up to 12. Be careful as we had one damaged - it's worth packaging them up a bit.
