Can anyone explain my hormone blood results?

I have just checked my nhs app and my blood results that I had taken yesterday have been uploaded. They have been marked as normal but I'm not sure they are as this isn't taking into consideration the part of my cycle I'm at.
I'm expecting AF to start in the next couple days. I clocked ovulation about 9 days ago (8 days before bloods).

I've uploaded a screen shot. Am I right in thinning these results are higher considering in a few days away from AF? I'm thinking they would be "normal" if I was mid cycle which I'm not :(

Any experience or understanding would be greatly appreciated!

Hard to interpret without clinical context to be honest.

Sorry I'm not sure what clinical context is?
I had my hormone blood tests taken as I have had irregular periods.
I'm early thirties and breast feeding.

I just don't see my results fitting into the bracket they should be doing which would be the later stage of the cycle.
