Hi I have been getting help from a domestic abuse and sexual abuse worker. I have a son who witnessed what happened to myself. They asked if they could refer the case to social services which I agreed to. Today i had a call from a social worker who works from a police station. He was a lovely man who worked all day on the case. Hes put some help in place for both of us. I'm really grateful for his help. But he said some things that really made me worry saying that I was a very traumatised woman who had been groomed. He said nice things like I was brave the thing is I don't actually believe what he said. I'm worried if I do t agree with him what he might then do or say so I just agreed. I don't know why I'm writing here really I'm just scared
