Cooking ideas for my 14 year old ds

Hi everyone! During the summer holidays my ds2 has really taken to cooking meals. So far he has cooked bolognese, meatballs and homemade ragu sauce, chicken burgers and homemade bread rolls, and homemade pizzas (his favourite) He also loves baking cakes and biscuits He spends ages scouring google for more recipe ideas and inspiration. Has anyone got any ideas for more meals? Thank you! 😊

Keema is a relatively straight forward curry. Served with chapattis.
Fajitas.

At that age mine could cook most things so curry, chilli, stews, pies, roast dinner, fish dishes ... dd at one point thought about being a chef

Teach skills that can be adapted for loads of different dishes.
Pastry for pies, tarts, quiche.
Risotto
Mashed potato- fish pie, fishcakes, cottage pie etc
Batter - Yorkshire puddings, pancakes, toad in the hole, fritters

Thoroughly recommend the Two Chubby Cubs Books. There's three ATM and plenty of recipes on their blog. My nearly 11 year old always cooks from their stuff during the holidays. Simple and easy to follow and no obscure ingredients

We’ve a family member who comes to stay with us and he’s the same age.
