Gluten free, nut free cereal bar recommendations

I've got a long flight coming up next week. Going prepared this time after being given nothing but fruit on my last flight I want to pack some gluten free cereal bars. I normally keep Nature Valley or Eat Natural protein bars but guessing it's safer to take something nut free on a flight. Any suggestions?

Make your own. I'm not being flippant, unless you go for something like Rice Krispie bars which are pure sugar, all the decent fill-you-up bars have nuts in them. There's one Deliciously Ella apple and raisin bar that doesn't have nuts but is made with coconut oil. Coconut is not a tree nut, but nobody seems prepared to say absolutely that it won't cause any issues to someone with a nut allergy.

We buy B-free cereal bars and flapjack bars for our DS who is allergic to wheat and nuts.

Ah, that's what dove farm are calling themselves now. I don't think I've ever seen them in the shops.
