Water bottle for school. Is this too small?

I’ve seen the perfect water bottles that can be personalised but the capacity is only 400mls. I want to buy them as a birthday present for a 4 year old and a 7 year olds. Is this size too small or can kids refill bottles in school if they need to?

Sounds a perfect size for children.

It's fine. Most are only 500ml for adults. They will be able to refill if needed.
