Help me with my nipples!

GUYS please help… I’ve had enough. My nipples / boobs in general only appear and take shape when I am freezing cold.

When I am not cold my nipples are so soft they are none existent and blend into my massive areoles.( not inverted just completely flat) - although this doesn’t sound too bad, I must mention I am only a B cup .. and so I literally permanently look like I ONLY have areoles … (unless I’m freezing.. then my nips appear and are actually ok looking!) but when normal, this is creating like a cone effect for my boobs too. I am SO insecure about this and have spent my whole life hiding my boobs from every partner I’ve ever had. I recently had to have an ECG and I was so embarrassed getting them out infront of the lovely nurse.

just want my nipples to be somewhat existent so I can feel somewhat attractive.

wondering if anyone has the same issue so I don’t feel alone as none of my friends/ cousins etc have the problem!) Any tips ? Anything that could have caused this?

Is there are products about ? Surgeries ? maybe If I have them pierced could this fix them?

I am open to try anything at this point

thank you so much in advance 🌸

this is such a non issue but if it really bothers you so much get your nipples pierced. You really need to stop obsessing over it, i guarantee no one notices your nipple ‘problem’.

ditalini · 17/08/2022 22:01

I didn't notice I had flat nipples until I was breastfeeding and it was a pain in the arse (well, nips really).

Honestly, this is a really normal variant of boobs, but if you want to change it (for you - noone else will notice nor care), you could try those Nipplette things.

Nipnip · 17/08/2022 22:02

Brilliant
Imagine coming on an advice forum for advice and having this ratty arse response..
why bother ?

I hope your day gets better!

@ditalini I didn’t realise it was a common variant of boobs I am relieved to hear! Thank you for your suggestion , I have not come across that in my googling , I will check it out !

There are so many different kinds of boobs out there and you know what men are just delighted to be able to touch a pair, they don't care about your breast size or your nipples, they're just over joyed at being given free reign. Please stop obsessing about this. X

Have you taken a look at 'tubular breasts'
Not saying you have, I did, and sounds similar

I hated them

And took the plunge, surgery to lift, cut the bands that made them that shape, hugely reduced nipples and small implant

Life changing, I bloody love them now

Nipnip · 17/08/2022 22:13

@bittertwisted hi, yes! I’ve looked at them, it’s weird .. I wouldn’t put them quite in the tubular category… in fact I’ve never seen another pair like them. They are more wide flat and coney 😂 I honestly don’t know how to describe.

but surgery sounds AMAZING, I was due to have an augmentation april 2020 and my appointment was cancelled due to covid… but that was just for the size I was hoping it could maybe improve the appearance. I’m not in the financial position I was in in 2020 unfortunately 😩 maybe I could save up for a shape correcting surgery as opposed to enlargement … thank you for your response x

@bittertwisted would you mind giving a rough idea of the price you paid for the combination procedure ? As I would need similar myself I suppose

Mine are similar to yours OP

They are saggy now too after breastfeeding 4DC 🤣

After being super jealous of other womens lovely breats my whole life I honestly don't care anymore. At the end of the day your options are surgery, or leave them alone

I chose to leave them alone and spend the money elsewhere

Also DH loves them !

I'm the same as ditaliani, I had no idea I had flat nips until a midwife commented on it with my first child when I struggled to breastfeed. Can't say my husband has ever commented on it and it's not particularly bothered me as I had no one else to compare them to. If anything what annoys me is that they're non-existent until I try to wear a non-padded bra or bikini and then they suddenly decide to exist! 😅

Nipnip · 17/08/2022 22:43

@LilacSky95 love this, well then I hope in time I learn to have the same outlook as you! X

@mummabubs omg that midwife 🫣 … upon reading I figure it is flat nips I have too!
& I get you! The one advantage I have is I can pop to Asda without a bra on … walk down the fridge isle … have to fold my arms 😂

Flat nips here! Have nips at the moment as I’m breastfeeding but I know from dc1 that they’ll go back to flat when I stop

weebarra · 17/08/2022 22:51

Before I lost my boobs to breast cancer this bothered me too! My nipples almost blended in with the rest of my breast. I really struggled to breastfeed with my oldest, but with DS2 we did two years.

Littletikes41 · 17/08/2022 22:52

You can get nipple hardening injections. I think it's fillers. I haven't done much research though so I don't know how safe it is or how effective.

Mine are like American hard gum sweets, same size but not as colourful.
