Extra strong squash

I'm trying to step down a level on my shopping, so goodbye Robinsons squash! Tesco own brand is all double / quadruple strength seemingly.
Can I dilute this in the bottle and leave in the cupboard? I just know my dc will use the same amount no matter how much I tell them, and it'll be thrown away or they'll possibly make themselves ill (I might be making that bit up).
Can / do you part dilute this monster squash in the bottle?

Use your old Robinson's bottle and make some up in that. If you've got space in your fridge you can put it in there so it's cold.

Your kids will only do that once, I bet you! The quadruple strength is VILE if you use it like normal strength.

I make up a jug in the fridge so the children can help themselves to that and not try and dilute it themselves and use to much

Flipping heck of course, make it up and leave in fridge, you clever lot!
@whatshouldIdo2022 my DM always told me you'd get the trotts if you drink squash too strong, I'm 38 and still believe her 😂I really do t know with my dc....they seem happy to keep making thr same mistakes over and over 🤔

Once when on holiday in France and very hungover I chugged neat squash from a carton thinking it was OJ and can confirm I did not have any adverse bowel reaction Grin

I think there's a squirty pump you can get for the quadruple strength one? I have a jug that is stripey and we know that two lines worth of double is a good strength but only one for quadruple.

How old are the kids? Surely they will learn how they like it themselves? I like mine super weak as do two of my kids and the other likes it strong.. they just figured that out themselves!
