Kerrrmieee I'll have to try that recipe it sounds great.

I haven't tried any of the recipes from The Roasting Tin books yet, even though I have almost the full collection. I have a bad habit of buying recipe books and not using them. I'm hoping to change that soon and try a new recipe once a week. It doesn't stop me from buying more though. I'm currently trying to resist some of the other monthly deal recipe books. If only they didn't make them look and sound so attractive.

Off to buy.

We use the quick roasting tin lots, especially the sweet potato curry!

I have this book and it's amazing

Favourites include:

• leek orzotto with asparagus, hazelnuts and rocket
• groundnut stew
• cauliflower steaks with harissa and goats cheese
• leek and puy lentil gratin

And my absolute favourite of all time (I could eat this every day!)...butter roasted harissa leeks and beetroot with bulgur wheat and feta

Worth buying for the gado gado recipe.
