Never purchase from Vinted!

Never purchase from Vinted! They force you to pay a customer protection fee that does not cover anything! I bought a Pop and the seller posted it only wrapped inside a piece of paper. Imagine posting a Pop without placing it inside a box. As can be imagined, the Pop arrived damaged. But Vinted has asked me to pay for the return of the item, to get a refund! The item has arrived damaged because of the seller, but I need to pay for the return fees, because according to Vinted the buyer pays for return!

Oh no there’s just another thread about vinted oh style and beauty with everyone saying how great it is, I liked it at first but I find sellers take far to long to post (1 week to post) or just don’t post at all they definitely should have put it in a box

It's been hit and miss for me.

Had a couple of items not posted at all and yes it does take a while to get here.

Quite cheap though.

I have bought loads of things in the past few months and no issues at all. All mine has been clothes though

If the seller doesn't respond to you with return details you dont have to return to get a refund.

I had someone send me ripped and cut girls Bundle but she ignored Vinted so I got a refund and didnt return her items

That’s obviously pathetic packing on their side.

In what way did you report the damage ?
Based on the info below you should supposedly be refunded (after some time)
