Best Low Carb Chinese Restuaruant Foods

What are the best dishes for low carb chinese foods please?

I always get chicken and cashew nuts, but any meat based without too much sauce should be ok. I think maybe the lowest could be King Prawn with ginger and spring onion or a chop suey?

Anything with protein and veg and a savoury sauce, no rice or noodles obviously.
