Did covid affect your cycle and TTC?

I’m curious really as I got covid pretty much around expected ovulation and only DTD once so very unlikely i’m pregnant 😂 saying that, DS only took one go so it’s not impossible!

But did covid change your cycle? Have you managed to get pregnant if you had it during your cycle?

All the questions! And trying to distract myself from the blasted TWW.

Don't know about TTC but after covid my cycle was over 6 weeks so had an effect. Waiting to see if the next cycle is back to normal or still out of wack.

That’s so weird do you know what point you were at when you caught it?

@BiscuitLover3678 I've had Covid twice and both times my periods were different for a month or two afterwards. I had more spotting than usual for me, they were delayed a bit (made my cycle longer by about a week) then my period pains were worse. After a couple of months, they went back to normal for me each time.

No noticeable changes to my cycle but I’m not trying to get pregnant.

DD had Covid in summer 2021, periods haven't been been the same since.
Unpredictable and more painful.

It moved my cycle by around 2 weeks, and my periods are now less predictable and much worse cramps. Such a strange illness!

I had Covid just after I had my period and my next cycle was 6 weeks (so 2 weeks late) and no change of pregnancy then.

After covid I didn't get my period for almost 90 days.

Covid made my periods more frequent (they are now spaced 1 to 3 weeks apart with no discernible pattern) and heavy. It has been 9 months and they still aren’t back to normal. The nurse I saw said that she has heard from a lot of women that covid has affected their periods.
