My mum passed away a couple of months ago.
She had no assets really but her mum (my lovely gran) passed away not long before. I know life is cruel. My gran had a house which has been sold but it went through just as my mum passed and she didn't get the money and the estate of my gran is ongoing. My question is, do we need to apply confirmation? My mum was a beneficiary.
