If menopausal hormones are causing you to be irritated with your DH and 'lose your shit' at him, have you been to your GP?

Not sure if one big row warrants a visit to the GP
To be fair he wasn't entirely blameless

DP always seems to irritate me 100% more when I’m due on... so I hate to think how I’ll feel when I’m menopausal 🤣
