I’m winter I’d have a lovely long bath, but what do I do now?

I’m exhausted after working way too hard and sleeping by way too little for the last two weeks. DH is sorting bedtime for DS tonight. If it was winter I’d have a lovely long hot bath to relax me and then snuggle in bed with a good book.
But it’s 25 degrees so I can’t have a bath because I’d melt. I want to feel cosy and relaxed, what can I do?
(there is probably a simple answer to this but I’m so knackered I can’t think straight).
p.s. I don’t drink so wine is not the answer

Cool -ish shower, moisturise, fresh jamas and sheets, and lie in front of a fan on the bed.

Sit in a cool bath eating an ice lolly then lay down by a fan while you dry off.

I had a two hour long cool bath last night. It was lovely. Sort of like being in a swimming pool, although I had to get DP to help heave my pregnant self out of it afterwards. I took the iPad and some snacks.

Have a lovely long cool soak in the bath with a cold flannel on your forehead? If the sink is within reach of the bath, put some cold water in there, to refresh the flannel.

Absolutely a cold bath! I had one last night and it was so relaxing in the heat.

I’ve compromised with sitting with my feet in the paddling pool while I’m on the edge with a bowl of cereal and very cold milk. Didn’t feel nearly so luxurious but oh well!

I am just about to head into a bath - it's been scorchio here for weeks and I've been showering but cooled off for 2 days and I'm ready for a bath again. It doesn't have to be hot, mine will be cool.

Cool bath. I had one today when a hot flush just overwhelmed me. Then I scooped all the water out for the garden.
It wasn’t deep but so lovely.

I've been on a lounger in the garden with a drink till about 10 every night through this heatwave, most relaxing place to be at the moment. Especially if you have a candle or other gentle light.
