DD is 3 next month and ADORES reading. We're half way through Fantastic Mr Fox with her which she is loving and I'm looking for recommendations for more books which she might enjoy!

Quite a few of the picture book series have chapter books too, Winnie the Witch comes to mind.

You have the Rainbow Fairy books which are beyond boring as an adult but children tend to like them as the story follows the same pattern everytime and the repetition is good for them especially as they start reading independently as they dont have to worry about following a difficult plot.

These are great thanks! She loves longer books but often they have content a bit too complicated for her age so I'll check these ones out.
