My youngest has to wear glasses and the optician suggested a sticker/reward chart could be good for encouraging her to wear them. She's 3.
I do not allow food such as chocolate to be used for stuff like rewards/discipline/comfort (they have food as normal no matter what, it's not earned or denied for behaviour).
We already do normal stuff like park, feed the ducks, library as normal everyday activities. She already has plenty of toys.
Money is a bit tight at the moment. Any idea or some cheap or free rewards I can offer weekly?
