Best Robotic Hoover for pets

Have decided that I NEED a robot hoover for when I go back to work FT in a few weeks. 😊 We have a dog and 2 cats plus 4 kids. Not too much crap left on floor in general. Don't want to faff with strips, would prefer self emptying and to be able to set it up to be automatic. Have mostly hard floors downstairs and carpet upstairs. Would like it to be quiet..Have read reviews but end up more confused-there are SO many!!! Help!

We have a Eufy who I love like one of my actual pets. He's not self emptying though, which I didn't realise was actually a thing at the time.

However even if he was, he's actually quite labour intensive in terms of cleaning his brushes and roller. I tend to do it all at the same time and I would reckon I must do it every three days at least. We have all hard floors, two dogs and a cat and we also live in the countryside so there's a lot of general dust and bits of grass etc that make their way indoors.

He's actually really useful, but (in my house anyway!) he hasn't completely removed the need for regular sweeping. I can set a timer but I've seen too many horror stories of pet accidents in the house that are then spread liberally around the place by an unattended robot hoover <shudder>

I too have a Eufy. We like to call out to it like we're calling the dog... "Eufy, c'mere boy. Good Eufy. Stay!" Absolutely throws our actual dog off kilter. 😁
It's not self-emptying (I also didn't know that existed). But it is one of the best purchases I've ever made.
3 kids, 2 cats, 1 big ol' mutt of a gun dog. None of the pets are fazed by it.

We have a Eufy which makes a huge difference. We have a St. Bernard x dog and it potters around on an evening and picks up a good amount of his hair.

Not self emptying but does a good job!

Hi, jumping on this thread. Does it mop as well? Would like one that does both as mr muddy paws is impossible. Can you advise?
