Insecticide and Pregnant

We are holidaying in Spain, unfortunately came across a cockroach in the bathroom this evening/morning. I went a bit nuts with insecticide and hit it with a shoe.

I'm now freaking out as I'm 13 weeks pregnant and worrying about any harm I might cause. I'm laid awake with doors and windows open where possible to ventilate the flat. Am I being silly? I know we are exposed to all sorts of chemicals daily but I just didn't think, I wanted rid of this disgusting thing 😔

I feel for you - it's such a worrisome time, isn't it. You've entitled the room and it's probably fine. Not that it helps but worrying about it now won't change the outcome. I think with these things it's more about frequent exposure rather than a once off.

Sorry, meant ventilated the room

It is @ked89 ! Thanks for replying and providing some reassurance. Bloody disgusting creatures. I really hate them!
