What the heck was on my skin?!

Just getting ready and was putting cream on and felt a hard lump on my side, had a look and it looked like a ball of blood (blister type) with a black bit on top. It had slight purple bruising round it.
I scraped it and the black bit came off, it was like a flat speck of coal. The lump then started bleeding everywhere, used tweezers to kind of pull it off (was thinking it was a tick) but just made it bleed at lot and couldn’t see anything there. It now just looks like a spot that’s been picked at.
I would just put it down to a weird spot but the black bit on top is so odd, it’s jet black too dark to be a scab.
What on earth was it?! Attached blurry photos.

Put it on a wet tissue.

Could it have been a blood blister? They go black.

Skin tag that caught, black is very dried blood.

Thank you for replying, that’s good to know that it was probably something simple like that. I think I’m a bit paranoid since finding an actual tick on my skin when I was a child on holiday in China.

I get it, I've had the exact same thought when I've found a skin tag as they can feel exactly like a tick!
