It's not as bad as it sounds!
I don't really like social media much, especially Facebook these days.
I have to use it now and then for some (paid) work I do where we are encouraged to offer support to others in the online community. That's fine and I'm happy to do that.
I also use it to access info about my tiny village and that's really useful as it's a 'live' noticeboard.
However, around 10 years ago I joined a very large group networking group (for work purposes) on FB and got lots of friend requests from people I have never met and never will.
I'm no longer involved in this work and I'm just tired of seeing irrelevant posts and photos of people's dinners and new outfits.
So- snooze them for good or delete?
