She’s 89, infection on lung. Hospital this morning and will stay overnight. Brother there but he is saying he has a funny feeling. And to see what docs say tomorrow.
Dh busy with presentations at work, kids start school and I start a new job on wed. The kids are teens. Should I go tomorrow? Or wait? Till when? Should I tell new boss? Mum has dementia. Brother sorted out a home, hip op etc. as he is single and can wfh.meanwhile Dh was going through redundancy, and then a new job after an aneurysm. I felt so guilty and awful at that time but was assured by everyone including a counsellor that I couldn’t do everything. Not sure bro understood as he has no kids. I want to be with him and help though he likes to be mr in control. Am in a muddle, please help!
