I’m looking at this but looking for real reviews around range etc. Thanks in advance

Not sure if it's of any help but we have a Batribike Omega with a 400W battery and a Wisper Wayfarer M9 with a 450W battery. They both have a similar range of 60 - 75 miles dependant on the level of assistance selected. Both of us find that level one is plenty for everyday use but sometimes you have to go to level 2 if there's a steepish incline.

The Omega is a featherweight but the Wayfarer has eaten too many pies.

Thank you for this.

hopeful bump for others in case anyone with the specific bikes comes along

@Wisper10 can I ask how much of your 60 miles is relying on pedal power - ie no battery at all - or are you always on at least one bar?

We always ride with the battery on. I'd say 95% of the time they are on level 1 (which is 1 bar on the Omega and "Eco" on the Wisper), the rest level 2 (Tour).

Whatever you do make sure you have a long test ride.

I know the following is about the Wisper Wayfarer rather that the Gamma / Penta but it's something to bare in mind.

The Omega has a brilliant electrical system, however the Wisper H9 maybe not.
The H9 has a rear hub motor, when you set the level you seem to be setting a speed rather than a degree of assistance. For example if level 1 (Eco) has been factory set to equal 9 MPH then when you move the pedals the motor tries to get the bike to 9 MPH, if you only want to travel at 7 MPH you have to pedal, stop, pedal, stop..... it's really unnatural. I picked the M9 which has a mid motor and the ability to set the assistance you want. I see both the Gamma and Penta have a mid motor so you should be OK but just check on a test ride, don't be taken in by how easy it is (like I was), try to understand how the motor is working.

Also ask about battery charge times as the Omega takes about 8 hrs to fully charge but the Wisper only 2.
