Recommendations for air fryer recipe books

I bought an air fryer a couple of days ago, and although it came with a little "recipe book" there's not much in it and a lot of the recipes are a bit too Americanised.

I've been searching and searching on Amazon/Waterstones etc for a decent UK based recipe book to no avail. Everything seems to be American with American recipes for corn dogs or tater-tots!

I've also been googling for more hours than I care to mention and it's pretty much the same thing. Everything in Fahrenheit, and measured in cups which I'm not too bothered about, but surely there's a UK based book/website?

Any suggestions?

Are you on social media? There are Uk based people on TikTok and Instagram demonstrating all kinds of recipes.

I'll have a look on there, but my first port of call would really be an actual book. If I find a recipe I like on the internet I tend to forget about it and then can't find it again. But I'm ok with a proper book 😀

Try Facebook, I’m in a UK group for my particular airfryer and it’s really helpful as people post recipes and you can search through them.

I haven’t bought any books but lots of them look self published on Amazon so quality is dubious. You can always download on kindle and return if it’s not suitable.

Just ordered that book @FrogFairy thank you,£7.99 on eBay.Love my air fryer but not much of a clue when it comes to what to cook.Only used the recipes from the little pamphlet that came with it.
