Hi just after opinions
There are 18 houses on my street, our house and 4 others are band D, rest are a C
All are detached but not sure on no of bedrooms (mine is 4, some say 4 some 3 some no info)
Lives here about a year
Thinking may appeal if successful May be decreased to a C or they may decide to increase others from C to D
Interested to hear what others would do and their opinions
