Heat rash or chickenpox?

Any ideas? It looks sore

Are they fluid filled blisters? Hard to tell from the photo

Or scarlet fever? That's around at the moment. Mine had it this month and looked like that.

If rash feels rough like sandpaper it will be SF. And if they get a strawberry tongue it definitely is. You need antibiotics for SF if that is what it is.

Doesn't look like chicken pox to me. More likely heat or allergy.
