Good mental health and a good sex life ,why cant I have both ?

Antidepressants kill my sex life
no chance of an orgasm on any of them
I’ve tried everything ,if I know I can’t orgasm it puts me of bothering to start with
so that puts strain on my marriage .
what’s the answer
am I the only one like this ,would be just my luck
have name changed for this

I've been on antidepressants the entire time I've been sexually active and have never orgasmed with a partner. Tbh it doesnt really bother me that much, sex with my DH is still really good and very enjoyable.

They don’t tell you when they prescribe them it’s a orgasm blocker
